Elena has worked in television production since graduating from university in history and classics. As a producer she has extensive experience across all genres.
Elena was much in demand by the leading UK independent television production sector before becoming a co-founding partner of Manray Media. She has a diverse portfolio of credits and has worked with the world’s leading broadcasters including National geographic, Discovery Communications, BBCWW, Channel 4 and Channel 5 (UK).
Elena is quite brilliant at casting exciting new talent and managing experienced on-screen talent. As a fluent Spanish speaker Elena also handles our Latin American content development slate.
Neil was born creative and has spent his entire career in the creative industries. As an advertising man he has worked globally for leading agencies such as: SapientNitro, Ogilvy, Crayon London, Soup and was Regional director east Africa for Leo Burnett in Kenya.
Neil has developed a wide range of brands and worked with a diverse range of clients including: Proctor & Gamble, Toshiba, BT, Vodafone, Ladbrokes, Panasonic BT, Diamond Trust bank to name but a few. Neil was instrumental in the setting up, development and growth of the hugely successful in-house creative department and TV production facility for SapientNitro.
Passionate about combining technology with story-telling Neil pushes the creative boundaries of digital content. Although very modest Neil is also a musical genius.
Originally from a theatrical directing background Claire came to film and television after presenting a children’s science show for Channel 4. Preferring the other side of the camera Claire loves telling, discovering and listening to stories full stop.
She works tirelessly to discover the key to shape the visual narrative. Having worked for many of the UK’s leading independent producers Claire is known as an access all areas producer and director.
Amongst Claire’s credits are a feature documentary for BBC1 ‘The Battle of Britain’, a feature drama for BBC2 ‘First Light’ and the development and production of Discovery Communications long running prime time drama-documentary series ‘I Shouldn’t Be Alive’.
Joanne loves animals and has spent much of her career working in natural history. From lemurs to polar bears Joanne has travelled the globe to make a film about them.
She has an amazing sense of story and is an indispensable presence in the edit. Joanne has worked with leading UK independent producers: Nutopia, Parthenon Entertainment, Raw TV, Oxford Scientific Films and World Media Rights to name a few.
She has created content for all the major broadcasters. Joanne is a hands-on executive producer who calmly manages the process for both clients and company.
Janice has an infectious entrepreneurial spirit that drives the company. As an innovative executive with extensive content sales experience across diverse and highly competitive markets.
Janice has worked across all global territories for Al Jazeera Media Network, eOne Television International, Passion Distribution, Discovery Networks, and CBC International Canadian Networks.
She is a deal maker and shaker expert in closing the deal to ensure that both clients and company are satisfied with final contracts. We call her the networking queen as she is continually focused on building relationships and driving positive change.
